Truly I was amazed the moment that I unwrapped this from the packaging. The black on black goes with the nicest of suits, or is a great way to elevate a casual outfit to the next level. Staring at this piece makes me think of the beautiful universe that illuminates our nighttime sky. To earn the title, each caliber is assembled, inspected, and perfected in Switzerland, with Swiss-made parts making up at least 60% of its total value. Can the watch be customized?

At the moment we do not offer any customization.

Do you offer exchanges?

As long as you did not remove any protective foils you may exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Is the watchband adjustable?

Yes, the watchband is adjustable to better fit your wrist. Simply add or remove a few links from the watchband with the tool included in the watchbox.

Is there any warranty?

All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.

Why is it called Void?

The name comes from the black aventurine we used for the dial. It's the rarest, most difficult to obtain color of aventurine.
