Do you offer exchanges?

As long as you did not remove any protective foils you may exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How do I care for the tiger's eye dial?

The dial sits behind sapphire crystal, which protects it from skin contact, sweat, and dust during normal wear. Tiger’s eye is a natural stone — durable but not indestructible — so avoid hard impacts and store the watch away from harder jewelry that could scratch the case.

Is the tiger's eye real?

Yes, tiger's eye is a genuine semi-precious stone. Each dial is cut from a different piece, so the banding and the way the light moves across it vary from watch to watch.

Is the watchband adjustable?

Yes, the watchband is adjustable to better fit your wrist. Simply add or remove a few links from the watchband with the tool included in the watchbox.

Is there any warranty?

All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.

Why is it called Void?

The name comes from the black aventurine we used for the dial. It's the rarest, most difficult to obtain color of aventurine.

Will my dial look exactly like the photos?

No. Tiger’s eye is a natural stone, and every dial is cut from a different piece. The honey and amber colour stays consistent across all watches, but the banding pattern is unique to yours.
