Shipping for all orders above 50 β¬ within the Europe (European Union) is free and on average it takes 3-5 business days. Shipping below β¬50 costs β¬19.99. For all EU orders we offer the following shipping options:
- Free shipping (no extra VAT or import fees) - average shipping time 3-5 business days
RETURNS
All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer free returns for customers based in the European Union. If the customer refuses the package at delivery we will charge a return shipping fee.
We do not accept refunds for used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.

Yes, all watchbands are adjustable to better fit your wrist. Simply add or remove a few links from the watchband.
At the moment we do not offer any customization.
As long as you did not remove any protective foils you may exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery.
All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.
