Our watches have 5 ATM water resistance, but aren’t waterproof. Snorkeling or swimming for longer than 10 minutes is not recommended.

What is the difference between automatic and quartz?

While a quartz movement gets its power from a battery, an automatic mechanical movement uses energy from the motion of a wearer’s wrist. Every time the watch moves, a rotor within the caliber spins and automatically winds the mainspring.

Can I adjust the watchband?

Yes, all straps are adjustable. We’ve made a couple of YouTube tutorial videos for you here.

Do you offer any warranty?

All of our watches have a 2 years warranty. During purhsing process you can extend the warranty from 2 to 5 years. You can find more details here.

How to clean my watch?

The best way to clean your watches is to use a cloth or toothbrush soaked in warm water with soap. You should gently clean off the dirt from the surface.

Will I be able to return it if I will not like it?

All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. In order to initiate the return, please mail us at help@paul-rich.com.After the return is accepted we will provide you with the detailed instruction on how to proceed further.If you ship your intended return after the 30 day return period the item(s) will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.We do not accept refunds of USED products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued.If the watch has been worn, regardless of how long it was worn, the watch cannot be returned.
