These terms apply to purchases from paul-rich.com. Please read them before you order. Our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.

1. Who we are

paul-rich.com is operated by Paul Rich Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (file number 7063929), 54 Memorial Place, Unit 3, Elmwood Park, New Jersey 07407, United States. Our online store runs on Shopify. You can reach us at help@paul-rich.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Orders and products

Our products are shown at paul-rich.com/collections/all. We try to show every product, price and description accurately. If a product is listed at a wrong price or with wrong information because of an error, we may cancel any order for it and refund you in full. We may also refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms, and we will refund any payment.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars, or in your local currency in some countries. Where we are required to collect sales tax, it is added at checkout. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and the pay-later providers Klarna, Afterpay, Sezzle and Zip, as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and these providers, and we never see your full card details. We do not offer cash on delivery.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after payment, except pre-orders. Delivery options and times for your country are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Customs checks can add time to international deliveries. Please make sure your shipping address is complete, including any apartment or unit number. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, or because it was refused or not collected, we may deduct the shipping and return costs from your refund. 6. Duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes and carrier fees are not included in our prices unless you choose a Duties and Taxes Prepaid option at checkout. With the other options, these charges are set by the destination country, collected by the carrier or customs before or at delivery, and are your responsibility. If you refuse to pay them, the parcel is returned to us and we refund the order minus shipping and return costs.

7. Cancellations

To cancel an order and receive a refund, email help@paul-rich.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it can't be stopped, and the return rules below apply.

8. Returns and refunds

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returns sent after the 30-day period will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
Watches that have been worn, for any length of time, cannot be returned. Used products will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
Any signs of wear, or removal of parts including the protective foil and tags, will result in refusal of the return.
Returns are free for customers in the USA. Customers outside the USA pay the actual cost of return shipping. We do not charge restocking fees.
Returns must be sent by mail to our warehouse: 1001 Nolen Drive, Suite 400, Grapevine, TX 76051, United States.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.

9. Warranty

Our watches come with a 2-year warranty. See our warranty page for what it covers and how to make a claim.

10. Payment disputes and chargebacks

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com before contacting your bank or card issuer. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was delivered to you, we may share the order, delivery and correspondence records with your bank or card issuer, close your account, refuse future orders, and seek payment of any amount you owe us, including through the courts.

11. Text messages

If you join our text message program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Paul Rich at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12. Reviews and comments

You may post reviews and comments about our products. Do not post illegal content. We may remove content that is unlawful.

13. Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited by law.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.

16. Complaints and contact

Questions, complaints about the website, and reports of content that breaks these terms can be sent to help@paul-rich.com. We answer every complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

17. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing help@paul-rich.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Orders placed before an account is closed are completed under these terms.
