All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Returns are free for customers in the European Union. To request your free prepaid return label, visit returns.paul-rich.eu.

If the customer refuses the package at delivery, we will charge a return shipping fee.

We do not accept refunds for used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender, and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts, including foil and tags, will result in refusal of your return.

Yes, all watchbands are adjustable to better fit your wrist. Simply add or remove a few links from the watchband.

Can the watch be customized?

At the moment we do not offer any customization.

Do you offer exchanges?

As long as you did not remove any protective foils you may exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How long is the warranty period?

All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.
