1. Our watches are generally large, even 42MM. However, due to the style of the watch you might consider a larger size than you usually wear.

Quartz

A quartz movement in a watch is a type of electronic movement that uses a small piece of quartz crystal to keep time. When an electrical current passes through the crystal, it vibrates at a consistent frequency, which regulates the timekeeping mechanism in the watch. This makes the seconds hand tick once per second in a smooth and continuous motion.

Automatic

An automatic movement, on the other hand, is a mechanical movement that is powered by the movement of the wearer's wrist. As the wrist moves, a rotor inside the watch spins and winds the mainspring of the watch, which powers the timekeeping mechanism. The seconds hand on an automatic watch moves in a sweeping motion, making multiple small ticks per second, rather than once per second like a quartz watch.

Tiger's eye is a semi-precious stone — cut and polished into the dial of every Frosted Star Dust II Tiger Flare. Honey and amber banding. Darker seams where the fibres change direction. A band of light that travels across the face as the wrist turns. Each dial is cut from a different piece of stone, so no two are exactly alike. Across the face, applied crystal hour markers cut as baguettes catch the light from the other direction. Cut and set in jewelry for centuries, valued for a band of light that no photograph holds still.

Swiss Movement

A Swiss-made quartz caliber drives every Frosted Star Dust II Tiger Flare. To be designated Swiss, the movement must be assembled in a Swiss-based factory, regulated and inspected in Switzerland, and meet the technical standards of the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry.
