RETURNS

All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer free returns for customers based in the European Union. If the customer refuses the package at delivery we will charge a return shipping fee.

We do not accept refunds for used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.

Looks nice but movement is so so

The Swiss movement stamp on the watch face doesn’t do justice to the Swiss. The secondhand is off a little rickety. The watch overall looks nice. I’d rather pay a little bit more to get better movement and maybe a more solid band.

At the moment we do not offer any customization.

Do you offer exchanges?

As long as you did not remove any protective foils you may exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Is the watchband adjustable?

Yes, the watchband is adjustable to better fit your wrist. Simply add or remove a few links from the watchband.

Is there any warranty?

All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.
